Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with prospective students via phone, email, and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
• Assess and qualify applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
• Guide students through the enrollment process, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Build strong relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Stay compliant with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
• Adapt quickly to changes and implement updates with ease.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture, embodying Chamberlains commitment to care and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information
• Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings to accommodate student, departmental and companys needs

Working Hours

• On-site: 2 days per week, 8:00AM 5:00PM
• Remote: 2 days per week, 10:00AM - 7:00PM / 11:00AM - 8:00PM
• Fridays: Remote, 8:00AM 5:00PM

Additional Information

Salary: The pay range is disclosed in accordance with pay transparency laws. The expected salary range for this position is between $18.70 and $26.44 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience, training, geographic location, licensure and certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
