Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in San Jose, CA(Hybrid) . You will be responsible for developing business processes and participating in scrum teams to manage delivery and set priorities.


Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Consulting with customers to define solution requirements and develop business processes.
• Participating in scrum teams to set priorities and manage delivery.
• Coordinating the development, implementation, and roll-out of new product capabilities.
• Testing features and capabilities prior to release.
• Driving consensus across cross-functional teams and advocating solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure shared initiatives are rolled out globally where applicable.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience in consulting with customers to define solution requirements.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and advocate for balanced solutions.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
