Job Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Pennington, NJ / Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 10–15 Years

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Change management experience with CRQ creation using BMC Helix ITSM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption and reduce resistance
Integrate change management activities into overall project plans
Identify risks and resistance points and create mitigation plans
Conduct impact analysis, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Document requirements and support training program design and delivery
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure clarity throughout the change process
Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency of implemented changes
Create measurement systems to track change effectiveness and user engagement
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and transition of change
