We are recruiting for a Customer Success Specialist role. In this position, you will be the trusted resource customers turn to once issues have escalated. You will coordinate across departments, drive resolution, and ensure clients feel heard and supported. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues once escalated, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Investigate concerns, coordinate with internal teams, and drive solutions to completion.
• Document issues, develop action plans, and provide customers with clear updates.
• Support post-sale processes such as refits, quoting, and machine transitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of advanced customer service or project coordination experience required .
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills required .
• Ability to manage conflict, de-escalate issues, and handle multiple priorities required .
• High school diploma required ; Excel proficiency needed, SAP or project tools a plus.

Type : Direct Hire

Pay : $60,000 - $70,000
