Job Description
Join our parking team! Raleigh parking company is seeking a valet runner for 1st shift 7am-3pm, Wednesday-Sunday.
Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age, must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience and a clean motor vehicle record. You are required to pass a motor vehicle record check, background check and drug test. The ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is definitely a plus. You have to be willing to work in all types of weather because the positions are outdoors. Strong customer service skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with luggage or directions as needed
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles
Maintain organization and traffic flow within the garage
Handle vehicle keys and tickets with care and accuracy
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Report any incidents, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Adhere to all company safety and driving procedures
