Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a 25/26 school year contract position in a K-12 public school setting located in Lynn, MA. This role requires an experienced BCBA to support students across all grade levelsK through 12with a diverse caseload spanning elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student behavior and develop effective intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff to implement behavior strategies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Manage a dynamic caseload across multiple school buildings, adapting strategies to varied educational environments.
• Monitor student progress and modify behavior intervention plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with students in grades K-12.
• Strong skills in conducting FBAs and behavior intervention plan development.
• Ability to train and collaborate with educational staff across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload within a school year contract period.

• Position is based in Lynn, Massachusetts, serving a K-12 school district with multiple buildings.
