What You’ll Bring

• A strong background in engineering, operations, or technical leadership. (5+ years)
• Proven ability to deliver projects that improve performance and efficiency.
• Passion for developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
• Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement approaches.
• The drive to create a workplace where safety, respect, and collaboration come first.
