Medical Device Production Operators

Looking for a hands-on role in a cleanroom environment, team-oriented environment where your work makes a real impact on patient health? We’re hiring Medical Device Production Operators to help manufacture and package life-saving diagnostic products. No two days are the same—you’ll rotate across tasks, learn new skills, and be part of a growing, mission-driven company.

• Packaging Assemblers :Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials and components.
• Operate pallet jacks (electric pallet jack experience a plus; forklifts not required).
• Assemble, fill, cap, bag, and label tubes, kits, and components.
• Machine operators : Run and maintain basic lab and packaging equipment (balances, pipettes, conveyors, scanners, coders, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and ERP transactions.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized in line with 6S standards and GMPs.
• Rotate between manufacturing and packaging tasks to support production flow.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required. RTR approval for submittal required.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or medical device/cleanroom GMPS Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Team player who values safety, quality, and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and handling materials/tools.
• Close vision and some color identification needed for product inspections.
• Safety shoes required (PPE provided).

Location: San Diego, CA 92121 | Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts | Pay Range: $18 - $19.50/hr
