The ideal candidate will maintain a steady flow of resources, foster strong supplier relationships, and streamline procurement processes to enhance project success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to define commercial plumbing and HVAC procurement needs. Manage purchasing activities, including obtaining competitive bids, negotiating terms, and procuring equipment and materials. Oversee subcontract agreements, ensuring all contracts are completed before the project starts. Maintain logs to track equipment lead times and ensure alignment with project schedules. Monitor delivery schedules, expediting when necessary to meet project deadlines. Negotiate and resolve back charges to ensure cost-effective procurement.
