Looking for Product Designers with strong skills in visual design, interaction design, concepting, and prototyping to help create the next wave of AI powered Advertiser experiences and contribute to evolving our design system and framework. You will work across teams to create beautiful, inclusive, and accessible experiences customers love. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product planners, and developers from the early stages through implementation Design relevant and impactful interactions and experiences through understanding the motivations, behaviours, and needs of our customers Contribute to strategic planning to align the design process with business goals and customer value Draw on your ability to map end-to-end experiences to propose creative solutions to complex customer journeys Utilize Fluent Design language and contribute to our Advertiser Design System Job Qualifications: UX Research (2+ years) End-to-end product design experience from conception (UX / wireframing / prototyping) to execution (adding UI / delivering design / realizing design - QA and UAT) (5+ years) UI (Visual and User Interface) Design Skills using Figma (5+ years) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human-Computer Interactions, Psychology, or related field Experience designing and implementing user interfaces, whether as a professional or as a volunteer, hobbyist, or freelancer Experience with modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch (design-focused roles will require fluency in Figma on the job) Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility and inclusive design Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to energize teams and advocate for your ideas Knowledge of UX research methodologies and analyzing research data Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in visual design skills or user research rigor. Looking for candidates to fill Enterprise Ads and Consumer Ad focuses. For Enterprise Ads we need more: Product/app design (more than just website design), knowledge of building a design system, process/Usability testing/ UR experience For Consumer Ads we need more: Visual design skills paired with UX (not just creative directors or visual designers / should be product app/web design), motion/animation design is a plus; process on their portfolio and clear delineation of their contributions Would like candidates with end-to-end usability test experience Would like candidates who have clickable prototypes Portfolios they are looking closely at: Typography, spacing, color-usage, etc. Resume must include a link to design portfolio and/or user research case studies. Job Details: Job Type: Contract Location: 100% Remote (candidates should be able to work Pacific time zone core hours). Pay Range: $52.50/hr. to $67.50/hr. An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass a background check will not be considered for employment.
