Job Overview:Well-established national commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee operations of a multi-state portfolio of retail shopping centers, including direct management of onsite property managers. Candidate must be a self-starter and is preferred to have at least ten years experience in commercial property management, including a focus on retail shopping centers with a strong knowledge of all aspects of managing commercial properties, including tenant relations, operating budgets, monthly reporting, maintenance & vendor oversight, tenant improvement and construction for capital projects. Position will be based in Lamars suburban New Jersey office with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement. Travel to properties is required.
