The Salon Receptionist supports the salon team by providing a superior client experience through offering additional styling services and product benefits to make our salon the destination of choice! What We Look For Educate Customers: You know it all. Customers appreciate your expertise and understanding of retail product benefits and the value of each hair service. You love finding the perfect solution to help customers maintain their desired look and feel beautiful. Drive conversion and sales: You enjoy complimenting people and turning retail customers into JCPenney Salon clients by highlighting the value of our services and products. Your efforts help grow the salon! Assist Customers: You actively seek out customers and do everything you can to make their experience unforgettable. You listen, help, educate, and offer solutions to their hair concerns through salon services and retail products. Partner with Salon Associates: You work closely with salon team members, offering additional services such as deep conditioning, glossing, and coloring to their clients, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Qualifications Passion for Salon: You love products and salon services. You genuinely enjoy understanding the benefits of products and various salon treatments. You thrive on being active on your feet, paying attention to customer needs, and making people happy!
