We are currently seeking a dedicated Sanitation Worker to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment within the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sweeping, mopping, and picking up trash in designated areas throughout the warehouse.
• Conducting detail work such as removing stickers, cleaning white lines, and maintaining loading dock ramps.
• Driving a pallet jack, sweeper, or scrubber to assist in daily cleaning tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack; training will be provided for driving a scrubber or sweeper as needed.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift items up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures, ranging from room temperature to -30 degrees below zero.
• Ability to complete written forms and reports, and to review reports from team members.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

As a Sanitation Worker , you will be expected to work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM , with Wednesdays and Thursdays off (subject to change based on business needs). Your ability to adapt to shift changes and assist in different areas of the warehouse as needed is crucial.
