This exciting Senior DoD Project Manager opportunity is based in San Antonio, TX, with the chance to work on a high-profile, nationwide contract supporting the U.S. Air Force and other military clients. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior DoD Project Manager position include:- Must hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license- 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale A/E or design-build DoD contracts- Lead execution of complex projects under a nationwide DoD A/E IDIQ, ensuring budget, schedule, and scope targets are met- Act as primary client interface with federal clients, building long-term, strategic relationships- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including engineers and construction managers- Manage joint venture operations, mentor-protégé partnerships, and collaborate with multiple A/E subconsultants- Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and resource alignment for competitive task orders- Ensure federal compliance with FAR, DFARS, DoD standards, and internal company policies- Travel up to 25% as needed to locations such as Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and other sites nationwideSalary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
