Senior Financial Analyst
Remote

Step into a high-impact role where strategy meets storytelling. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the financial pulse of your markets — owning the P&L, shaping executive insights, and driving smarter decisions through sharp analysis and powerful data narratives. You’ll collaborate across leadership, bridge corporate and regional priorities, and elevate reporting tools that turn numbers into action.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Own P&L and support executive decision-making
• Build and enhance models that drive clarity and performance
• Translate complex data into compelling, board-ready insights
• Partner across teams to streamline processes and spark innovation

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years of experience
• Mastery of Excel modeling and PowerPoint storytelling
• Agile mindset with sharp critical thinking
• Collaborative spirit and a knack for process improvement
• Experience in financial services or multi-entity environments a plus
• Fluent in 3-statement modeling and building tools from scratch
• Self-starter energy with a creative edge

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
