Responsibilities:

Shape the agentic ops component of our product, including components like agent/tools catalog, LLM tracing, Evals, etc.
Conduct user interviews, identify pain points, and translate findings into requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to create end-to-end UX flows for both UI and API layers.
Work with the development team to ensure requirements and UX are implemented effectively and on schedule.
Promote product adoption by working with Customer Success and closing the feedback loop.

Who You Are:

Engineering background with 2+ years as a Software Engineer and 2+ years as a Product Manager.
Experience in agentic development and/or ML devtools is essential.
Exposure to Kubernetes is required.
