The Opportunity
We are seeking a Legal Coordinator to support our growing practice. This dynamic role involves administrative and transactional management tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and technical skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate strong initiative and drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and emails
• Manage incoming mail and emails, and maintain electronic files and databases
• Establish and maintain calendar and deadline systems using Outlook
• Draft requests and responses, and coordinate meetings with clients and vendors
• Make reservations, process invoices, and prepare presentations and documents in Adobe Acrobat
• Perform general office duties and support special projects as needed

Essential Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, proofreading, and technical skills, especially in Outlook and Word
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is a plus; experience with electronic data rooms, iManage, and HotDocs is preferred
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
